You will be committed to promoting positive health and emotional wellbeing and an excellent quality of life.
You will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships.
You will also provide respectful personal care and practical support with household tasks.
You will be resolving issues in a timely manner and taking ownership of tasks allocated to you, escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd Line Support.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
You will do an 8-hour shift, start time is 7.30am with 45 minutes lunch break.
You will also be required to work an out of hours shift on a 1 week in 3 rota basis.
You will be tasked with, Key Responsibilities: - Active Directory Management: Provide user account management, group policy administration, and support for Active Directory-related issues. - Microsoft 365 Entra: Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Entra setup and integrations, ensuring seamless access and functionality.
You will be required to work 5 days per week onsite.
