You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00/8:00 am to 2:30/3:30 pm or 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, occasional waking nights and some weekends. Please note that working hours may vary.

You will work closely with the management team, lead shifts, support junior staff, and act as a positive role model within the service.

You will be part of a dedicated team supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) within a nurturing residential environment, whilst taking on additional leadership and mentoring responsibilities. You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle * NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce would be very beneficial but would consider someone who is working towards their Level 3 qualification *
