You will also have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.

You should have demonstrable experience in leading teams, supporting both young people and adults with diverse disabilities and a proven ability to identify learning needs, design and deliver individual learning plans, and monitor progress using college systems.

You will oversee the local supply chain, ensure compliance with UK-specific regulations, and manage the operational health of our European enterprise clients. You will be creative, patient, caring and enjoy working in a team to provide the best quality care possible for children with a wide range of disabilities.

You will have experience of, and a genuine passion for, working with learning disabled children aged 0 to 17 who may display behaviour that challenges.

You will take ownership of all escalated queries and complaints into the department and will be responsible for handling the more complex tasks sent through the team, along with team reporting across a variety of channels. In this position, you will lead a small team and ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals.

You will be highly motivated and fully committed to inclusive practice.

You will be an enthusiastic individual with relevant experience in education and be keen to work with students and support their growth.

You will also either already be HLTA qualified or willing to work towards your level 4 HLTA qualification with full support from us.

You should have demonstrable experience in leading teams, supporting both young people and adults with diverse disabilities and a proven ability to identify learning needs, design and deliver individual learning plans, and monitor progress using college systems.

You will play a key role in helping adults gain the confidence, knowledge, and qualifications they need to use technology effectively in work, learning, and everyday life.
