You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving key initiatives within the Client Finance team.
You will lead a diverse team of Client Finance professionals based in multiple geographies with responsibilities across commercial finance and business operations and will be responsible for their growth and development.
You will be responsible for covering after-sales complaint handling, CRM platforms, and call centre operations. - Automotive experience is highly desirable. - Open to speaking with candidates who enjoy building structure, improving processes, and driving customer satisfaction at scale.
You will also have the opportunity to travel across 2-3 times per year for client work (across UK, Europe and USA!
