You will complete risk assessments and work in line with the BACP code of ethics - ensuring the highest level of service and support is provided to all service users.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Claims, IT, and other business units to develop and execute a clear digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives are successfully delivered and embedded across the function.
You will also monitor and measure performance, ensuring all initiatives meet governance, regulatory, and business requirements.
