Digital Services Manager jobs in Dundee

You will build strong and positive relationships with clients. Communication will be via phone, email and via the Aftercare system.

You will grow a sound understanding of all mtc. services and features and up-sell accordingly to our existing clients.

You should be confident in handling any client's concerns or issues.

You will be expected to resolve incidents and service requests at first contact covering a wide range of services.

You will have previous experience of working within an IT support environment and you will have technical skills gained from supporting users at all levels using PCs, mobile devices and the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.

You will have an HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in an IT related subject or significant experience in similar role.

You will work as part of a team to provide support, fault diagnosis and repair of IT systems, applications and devices.

You will have good written and oral communication skills, proven fault diagnosis and rectification abilities/techniques, with good organisational skills.

You will be ideally qualified to NVQ level or equivalent in mechanical engineering, vehicle mechanics, plant machinery or similar; have a practical approach to problem solving; be comfortable using various hand tools and have had some experience of working on the assembly, service, maintenance or repair of mechanical based equipment.
