You will be reporting to the Medical Director.

You will be joining the 4 experienced full-time forensic consultants and two part-time consultants at the hospital, supported by a full-time resident doctor who provides out-of-hours cover. Each ward has a full multidisciplinary team (MDT), with a psychologist, occupational therapist and social worker.

You will prepare reports for tribunals and hospital managers’ hearings under consultant supervision, and depending on experience, may provide oral evidence.

You will be supported by the Responsible Clinician to provide oral evidence at Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ hearings as part of your development.
