You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, strengthening infrastructure, and optimising IT performance across all sites. The position requires travel between three locations, each within approximately 30-40 minutes of one another. Role DescriptionLead and develop the IT team through structured training plans, coaching, and ongoing professional support.

You will also focus on improving interoperability with Laboratory Information Systems and cloud platforms to streamline processes. In addition, you'll contribute to assigned projects and provide support for ad hoc requests as they arise.

You will need some electrical and controls knowledge, but the instrument side is key and being able to understand things that are measured in the plant through various instruments, such as the flow, temperature, pressure and mass for example.
