You will guide not only what we do, but how we do it—ensuring that results are achieved with rigor, transparency, and purpose. This is a leadership position for someone who understands that true performance comes from alignment: between strategy and execution, data and intuition, teams and clients.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skill set as part of a talented team enhancing our digital capability and influencing our marketing performance. We support hybrid working, with presence required in our Bournemouth office - we are happy to discuss your circumstances and any flexible working arrangements during the application process.
You will act as the central technical interface between customers and Keysight teams, with a strong focus on high-speed digital and physical-layer standards. You will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy and delivery across the digital banking platform, working closely with wider engineering, commercial, design and client stakeholders. You’ll operate comfortably between strategy and execution, translating institutional-grade banking requirements into scalable, intuitive digital products.
You will work as part of a regional team using state-of-the-art digital technology to survey network fittings.
You will be expected to maintain a consistent high-level of performance, ensuring daily targets of data capture are achieved without compromise on quality.
You must have the manual dexterity to use hand tools.
You will work with developers and designers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital project management and excellent communication skills, enjoys a dynamic environment, and is keen to work collaboratively in a flexible setting.
You will teach DT across KS3–KS5, delivering lessons that incorporate practical craftsmanship, digital design, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and problem-solving. The department values innovation, and you will have opportunities to support engineering clubs, design competitions, and enterprise projects.
