You will be responsible for managing finance documents and information for each client via Sage - Using online shared drives and client portals to update the database with information daily
You will have the chance to continue to develop through the company and progress within your role.
You will also assist in the design and delivery of learning and development activities using a blended approach including developing e-learning modules.
You must be self-motivated and enthusiastic with extended experience of working within a learning and development environment.
You will work closely with lecturers to support individual learners within a class group setting to help them successfully complete their programme of study at this critical time of the year. This could be a great opportunity for current students who would like to mentor other students on lower level programmes, where you could share your learning experience within your area of study.

You should be educated to National 5 qualification (or equivalent), and able to support employees and managers in understanding HR transactional processes, ensuring adherence and compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
