You will be responsible for being a creator, and directly creating social content such as videos, podcasts, interviews and vlogs that reflect our core values while driving social media engagement.
You will be a part of our Harrow team and expected to come into our office 5 days a week, located in Harrow on the Hill from 8:30am - 5pm.
You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management - all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals.

You will serve as both a functional and strategic leader, shaping the long-term product vision for BCG’s L&D technology ecosystem. You’ll manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, introduce AI-powered workflows, and drive adoption across a complex global organization.
