You will provide support to customers and the sales force team for technical matters. Technical support will cover many products, specialising in pneumatic automation and thermo temperature control.
You will be supporting sales growth by training and proactive promotion of existing and new products.
You will use secure remote-access tools, log analysis and direct communication with laboratory staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your expertise will help maximise instrument uptime, reduce the need for on-site visits and ensure laboratories can maintain fast, accurate diagnostic services for patients.
You must have full eligibility to work in the UK, hold a full driving license and be happy to be fully office based apart from occasional travel to Clients.
