You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
You will oversee client and contractor relationships, coordinate teams, produce high-quality reports, and make key technical decisions on site.
You will oversee all commercial aspects of projects from inception through to final account:Contract Management: Manage contractual compliance and communication across JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts. Risk Management: Work closely with Project Managers to identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
You will not be expected to attend the office every day, but this position will be primarily based there. Travel in and around town will be expected for site visits, and flexibility will be there to work remotely as well. About the Benefits:For this opportunity, I am targeting anyone looking to earn between £90,000 to £120,000 per annum.
