You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, providing high‐quality financial advice to the Board and Executive, leading core finance functions, and supporting the organisation to continue to thrive in a complex and evolving NHS environment.

You will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant with senior‐level experience in NHS or complex health and social care environments.

You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long-term reliability across the site.

You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a3-on 3-off shift pattern (days & nights, 66).

You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast-paced engineering setting.
