You will be responsible for analysing experimental results, assisting with documentation, and supporting the training of team members. You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.
You will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic planning, and help mentor and develop junior members of the tax team. This role offers genuine scope for progression, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact within a growing tax department in the Edinburgh market.
You will have experience leading and developing teams within a counselling or therapeutic environment, with a strong understanding of the professional standards that underpin safe, ethical and effective counselling services.
