You will be responsible for generating new, leads, winning new business, managing the sales process whilst developing long-term client relationships.
You will have experience as a recruiter as well as business development within these sectors with an active network to continue working with and developing.
You will lead complex engineering projects, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior engineers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Chartered Engineer status, and proficiency in structural design and analysis software. This permanent role offers a full-time schedule with flexible working arrangements.
You will manage key infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide expert guidance throughout the development process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in technical management, a professional qualification, and strong project management skills.
You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
