You will be responsible for developing business across Inverness and the surrounding areas, working on large, complex building projects with contractors, developers and end clients. While youll engage regularly with on-site contacts, the role places a strong emphasis on influencing senior decision makers including Directors through ROI-led, commercial conversations.

Key Responsibilities - Assist with the delivery of civil engineering projects from planning through to completion. - Support site activities, including setting out, quality checks, progress monitoring, and reporting.
You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery. What you will be doing - coordinate the design process across multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, giving you real influence over technical and commercial outcomes
