You will be working on the test of optical/photonic components, to be used in HAMR recording heads, within the Research and Development Department.

You will be working with engineers on projects that involve characterisation of devices and developing test best practice, with goal to improve device performance.

You will work as part of an established team reporting to the Manager defining and delivering on future data storage technologies and products.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to solve problems quickly and collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain and meet critical organisational goals and objectives.

You will lead the development and execution of site-wide refurbishment and refresh programs, as well as manage small-to-medium scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in programme management, building services, contractor oversight, fire life safety systems, and compliance, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
