You will be responsible for supervising and managing teams on small to medium sized geotechnical ground investigation projects on site, ensuring compliance in a technical, commercial, and HSEQ sense.
You will also be responsible for logging rock and soil samples (such as boreholes and trial pits) and carrying out field testing and surveying, among other requirements.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple ground investigation projects from start to finish.
You will also contribute to tender document reparation, report writing, and client communication.
You must also have experience in working in drilling operations, logging samples (such as boreholes or trial pits) and in-situ testing.
You will produce site investigations, risk assessments, and environmental reports.
You will liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that project objectives are successfully met, while also mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.

You will have the chance to learn new skills and maximise your potential as a graduate geologist, whilst working in a hands on role where you will be supervising drillers and trial pitting, then evaluating environmental risk assessments and writing interpretive reports.
