You will be responsible for translating our technology advantage—speed, performance, flexibility, and low NRE—into commercial growth, reporting directly to the Board.
You will be also working closely with brand account managers on seamless handoffs of clients as they become our customers.
You will have direct influence on commercial outcomes by transforming inside sales into a strategic growth engine, closely aligned with customer services and technical support teams. This role requires a commercially minded, people-focused leader who can set a clear vision, anticipate market dynamics, and embed scalable, data-driven sales practices.
You will lead entire processes including strategy formulation and fundamental decision-making, financial modeling/valuation analysis, due diligence, project management with a variety of collaborators and workstreams, negotiation and deal execution, working with business leaders, internal cross functional partners, and external advisors.
You will likely have performed a similar role with a membership agency or sports property
You will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously.
You will be equally at home conceiving and developing plans for products and services as all-new events to commercialise and getting your sleeves rolled up, attending events and being a face of the organisation while delivering on the ground.
