You will ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
You will be required to cover reception on a rota basis at lunchtimes and during periods of annual leave, sickness or training sessions.
You will be proficient in Microsoft suite, with excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
You will record, log and store information relating to confidential items, and liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
You will also facilitate the movement of these confidential items between key locations and ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
