Desktop Support Engineer jobs in Greenwich

You will be responsible for technical support on manufacturing lines, resolving critical production issues, analysing test data, improving test processes and quality, and supporting continuous improvement activities. You'll join a team that delivers complex opto-electronic assemblies vital to global communications infrastructure.

You will develop innovative test solutions and support production teams in ensuring product quality and safety. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a relevant field and demonstrated experience in test development, with proficiency in LabVIEW. You will work closely with both electrical and mechanical colleagues to ensure maximum uptime and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Required

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative electromechanical products to life and support existing ranges with upgrades and new features.

You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in control systems, safety-critical systems (EN61508/SIL2 or equivalent), and programming in Python.
