You will play a key role in introducing new and existing products into full-scale production, applying lean manufacturing principles to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with production, quality, and project teams, you’ll ensure components are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement across machining processes.

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing equipment used in the production of precision-engineered components and assemblies for aerospace and automotive clients. Key Responsibilities – Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Service and repair plant machinery and production equipment

You will support manufacturing activities by directing best methods of manufacture and target areas of improvement using a Lean approach.

You will lead technical discussions with customers, quote lead times and costs for jobs, support NPI projects, assist in CI activities and support the operational team including programming CNC Milling and Turning machines to meet customer demand.
