You will join us on a full-time, fixed term contract for up to 12 months, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,010 per annum plus excellent company benefits + localised incentives.
You will be working an 8-hour shift that will be: -08:00 – 16:00-09:00 – 17:00 -Or 10:00 – 18:00
You will be working with clients on a daily basis, supporting their continued success via our ticketing platform and remote support software as well as regular visits to client premises.
You will have a logical approach and attention to detail, be confident, highly organised, flexible, reliable and able to manage tasks and prioritise within tight deadlines.
You will work closely with operational teams across multiple live projects, supporting work packages typically valued up to 5m, within safety-critical, fast-paced environments where SHEQ standards are non-negotiable.
You will ideally have: - NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team.
