You will report into the Principal Procurement Manager and be responsible for developing and delivering strategic sourcing events and supplier relationship management, supporting one of the UK's largest and most strategic infrastructure investments over the next 15 years.
You will ensure compliance with government procurement regulations, and AWE's structured procurement processes.

You will be running tenders within agreed frameworks, and working with the strategic sourcing team to procure complex procurements.
You will be responsible for overseeing performance of agreed frameworks, leading commercial negotiations across technically and high-risk contractual environments.
You will be defining contract terms, strategic and governance planning, contract options management, KPI reviews, managing tier 1 suppliers, contract disputes/resolution, agreeing work orders and liaising with stakeholders.
You will have an understanding of pre and post contract, and experience of utilising CEMAR or similar to manage construction contracts.
