You will lead in a one‐team culture while actively contributing to your own skills and experience. Your role will be key in supporting the Contracts Manager to achieve the outcomes of the project.
You will have ideally a minimum of an HNC in a Mechanical Engineering or Construction discipline and possess well developed communication and planning skills. You'll also have an enthusiastic and positive outlook, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within multi discipline teams.
You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships. Highly competent in IT, especially Word and Excel, and ideally familiar with the Government's retrofit programmes.
You will contribute to projects that combine advanced analytics, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver real-world impact.
You will collaborate with major clients on complex and bespoke fire strategies for a range of high-profile and high-hazard projects.
