You will play a key part in shaping the technical roadmap of the business, overseeing product development from concept through to manufacture, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, compliant and commercially successful products. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a small team of electrical and electromechanical engineers.

You will be instrumental in the design and successful delivery of high-voltage infrastructure, ensuring compliance with national standards and project requirements. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: - Lead the design and development of projects (11kV-400kV), ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

You will be trusted to: - Lead the full design lifecycle for large-scale fire suppression and life safety systems - Take responsibility for technical authority, design assurance, and regulatory compliance - Translate client requirements into buildable, coordinated, and commercially sound solutions

You will work closely with design consultants and project teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring designs meet required standards.

You will also be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, helping to bridge technical understanding across the project.
