You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, project stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring that construction activities adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Oversee on-site construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service. This will include significant periods staying away from home dependant on site location and a full UK driving licence.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.
You will work with a variety of partners, customers, and clients on the delivery of a professional service that maximises resources and delivers positive outcomes.
