Key Responsibilities Project & Contract Management - Manage 2-3 concurrent retail fit-out projects, ensuring smooth delivery from pre-start to handover.

You will be the lead practitioner on shift, mentoring and supporting new team members, reporting to Higher Management, conducting supervisions and updating on progress or difficulties in relation to staff or young people and to advise if management intervention is required.

You must have experience working on commercial sites and with winter gritting.
