You will be part of a team maintaining and repairing our fleet of 65 buses in Hastings, part of the near 400 we operate across Kent and Sussex. Vehicles range from bus to coach and include Dennis, Scania, Volvo and Optare.

You will lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams through the full system life‐cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical integrity, and stakeholder alignment. You will ideally be qualified in hardware, electronics or an electronic systems engineering discipline. Some experience in the defence, avionics, aerospace or naval systems industry would be preferred but is not essential.

You will be the primary engineering point of contact for the customer, sub-contractors and other stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience either as a Project Lead Engineer or a Domain Lead Engineer (e.g. Systems, Hardware, Software) A good understanding of the multi-disciplines involved in delivering projects.
