You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.
You will be responsible for delivering your teams performance and driving quality assurance in line with company and the Financial Conduct Authority processes and standards. Your role will also focus on coaching, motivation and team productivity while providing feedback and insight on complaints root cause and recommending solutions to help reduce complaints volumes to all stakeholders.
You will ensure health and safety practices are identified, documented and aligned with the business, whilst ensuring these are understood and complied with throughout the organisation.
