You will report directly to the MEICA Project Manager and your role will supervise and control all electrical site activities in the most efficient manner, to the specification and within the contract time without risk to the health and safety of all concerned and providing a quality end product, ensuring a Quality installation as the work progresses.

You will ideally have previous experience working on projects up to £20M+ although we may still give consideration to those under this depending on your experience and projects exposure.

You will be competentwith a proven track record in managing and deliveringschemes of this level.

You will act as an advisor to the Corporate Landlord on compliance across the Councils estate, as well as being a leading technical specialist, overseeing complex projects regarding heating, hygiene, air conditioning, and commercial kitchens.

You will lead on resource planning and budgeting, overseeing the design and implementation of works and contract management.
