You will help to manage a high performing team, champion ethical sourcing, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing 2 team members as well as supporting our clients graduate programme, and will be able to step up and deputise for the Supply Chain Lead when needed.
You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.
You will be included in a Management Bonus Scheme that takes into consideration a range of KPIs from inspections, audits, staffing, finances, training, annual leave, sickness and more.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of allocated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients, you will drive effective coordination and ensure collaborative project success.
You will be embedded within the commercial team delivering the AMP8 programme for a major utility / infrastructure client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assist in the commercial management of civil/utility infrastructure projects under the AMP8 framework (for example water/wastewater network upgrades).
