You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will start out working within our survey workshops where you will be trained in how to test, maintain, and repair our portfolio of 20,000 subsea assets. Ensuring our assets are maintained in a state of readiness is critical to our success and you will play a key role in delivering equipment to meet our clients requirements.

You will work closely with Project Managers to deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reporting, supporting the safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery of operations.

You will play an important part in coaching and developing junior colleagues while building strong, collaborative relationships across operations, procurement and commercial teams.
