You will support the long- term maintenance, day to day operation as well as event set up.
You will provide knowledge of operation and building infrastructure.
You will report to the P&D Team Leader and work as part of the wider Property Department. Duties and Responsibilities:
You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Property Team, you will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold our Customer Services and Diversity Policies.
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
You will form part of the Regional maintenance team who support the homes throughout the Cambridge region. Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years.
You will need good attention to detail with a positive can do attitude and take pride in your work.
