You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will ensure you take ownership of all queries or issues that are presented to you and manage them through to closure, with a ‘can do attitude’ and exceed customer expectations. Main Responsibilities - Manage all incoming customer queries via all communication channels, which is predominantly the Customer Service shared mailbox.
