You will manage the sales process, from stock control to analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work closely with the Sales team, Finance and Marketing, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales function.
You will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the Football study programme. The role includes working with young people to agree their learning plan, monitor attendance, mentoring and coaching.
You should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.
