You will be on call 1 week in every 7, providing support, escalation, and guidance during engineering events impacting production.
You will lead a team of around 67 engineers, manage a substantial £21m R&M budget, and design what Engineering will look like over the next 23 years, and into the future - including structure, roles, systems and processes.
You will be accountable for engineering standards, maintenance excellence, asset management, statutory compliance, supplier relationships and long-term investment planning.
You will use these practices daily to support each persons unique needs. Your training will help you become confident in using PBS strategies to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays.
