You will attend the PLC and Operations Board Meetings and will ensure that accurate minutes are recorded, and statutory obligations are met.
You will be well versed in ensuring that the all the necessary governance is adhered to, but importantly that you can partner on specific corporate projects and give sound commercial legal advice to a privately owned and run business.
You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.
You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.
You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard (V Lookup/Pivot tables). In addition, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to contact internal colleagues with a polite, professional telephone and email manner.
You will provide technical support and service fulfilment to users of ICT across the business, including our remote access to our construction sites, sales offices and managed developments.
You will also need to have experience of supporting a distributed user base.
You will also be highly organised, be capable of managing your own workload and capable of working alone or as part of a team.
You will be an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You will liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels and will be responsible for organising meetings and travel arrangements for the MD.
You will ensure that the Administrator and Receptionist are supported, providing support during peak periods and cover during days of absence.
You will be resourceful, approachable, diligent and solutions orientated.

You will have experience of working on multiple vacancies of the same type, so previous experience in a volume based recruitment role would be advantageous.
