You will take ownership of defended arrears litigation once matters escalate beyond pre-action recovery, acting as both a hands-on fee earner and a technical lead, supporting junior colleagues and driving cases through to resolution or trial where required.
You will be out and about visiting customers (both residential and commercial) to discuss their outstanding debt situation with their utility company.
You will be integral in helping customers satisfy that debt.
You will be visiting customers by pre-arranged appointment and/or via a warrant.
