You will be part of a team of more than 10 professionals interacting with the Fund Management team and other internal teams (client relationships and risk teams) and third parties (banks, borrowers, facility agents, legal advisors etc).
You will monitor the performance and the evolution of the Commercial Real Estate Debt investments from origination until their repayment.
You will be out and about visiting customers (both residential and commercial) to discuss their outstanding debt situation with their utility company.
You will be integral in helping customers satisfy that debt.
You will be visiting customers by pre-arranged appointment and/or via a warrant.
You will support a team who work with investment banks, law firms and restructuring advisors to support the execution and delivery of bondholder identification assignments and complex bond transactions. There is an emphasis on liability management and debt restructurings, with the team working for international corporate and sovereign debt issuers.
