Dealer Development Manager jobs in Newry, County Down

You will play a key role in driving growth, engaging directly with the market to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

You will also be a key link between marketing campaigns and on the ground sales activity, ensuring our message reaches the right people in the right way.

You must ensure a fantastic standard of work and aim for a first-time fix, every time. This is a great opportunity for a Master Technician who is looking to keep up to date with modern vehicle technologies and develop skills in a multi-franchise environment (manufacturers include Nissan and Toyota).

You will have improved margins and lead sizeable teams in wholesale or trade-supply environments (building materials / technical products etc.). A key priority will be developing and executing a structured sales strategy to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and stronger customer relationships.

You will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, oversee workflow across the practice, and act as a key point of contact for both clients and junior staff.

You will manage jobs end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and standards are met, while supporting and developing junior team members.
