You will join a supportive Facilities team working across multiple sites in the north of the borough, helping to maintain a secure, compliant, and well‑functioning estate for colleagues and visitors.

You will support out‑of‑hours call out procedures on a rota basis and assist with general facilities and security duties throughout the estate.

You will play a vital role in managing long-term conditions, carrying out structured medication reviews, and supporting safe prescribing.

You will also be given the opportunity to run pharmacist-led clinics and, where appropriate, manage minor illnesses.
