You will work closely with customers to understand their individual circumstances and agree on appropriate solutions in line with our company policy. In addition to handling inbound and outbound calls, you will also respond to emails and other forms of correspondence from customers.

You will be responsible for completing regionalised drops and collections. The number of deliveries will vary depending on the route and the locality of the drops. Due to the nature of the job, some deliveries may require the use of a manual pump truck.
