Your leadership will ensure that children’s needs are met and that the team is fully supported in delivering exceptional care.
You will work collaboratively with curriculum and work-based learning teams to promote the College’s provision to employers, prospective learners and the wider community, helping to meet recruitment and progression targets.
You should be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in an appropriate subject, as well as GCSEs in Maths and English, Grade 4/C or above.
