You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management.

You will contribute to scheme design, lead member communication strategies, monitor investment performance, and respond to employee pension enquiries to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration.
You will also play a strategic role in global pension initiatives, supporting projects across the UK, Europe, Asia and other regions.
You will be the escalation point for complex pension queries, providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the wider team. Your advanced understanding of both the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS) will ensure that all processes are managed with precision, compliance, and professionalism.
You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size.
You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs. Key responsibilities will include;
