You will be joining a close-knit and supportive Investigations Team, currently made up of a Manager, Lead Investigating Officer, and three Investigating Officers, each managing their own caseloads.

You will also manage client’s four SharePoint sites, respond to straightforward queries from panels and enforcement teams, and draft basic Prior Conduct reports.

You will work closely alongside the Home Manager, and be part of the internal management structure, which will line manage the Receptionists.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, troubleshooting issues, handling support tickets, completing key administrative tasks, and helping ensure clients receive a responsive and positive experience. The successful candidate will also play an important role in supporting product testing, onboarding activities, user administration and ongoing service improvements.

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to quickly build relationships with personnel across the organisation.

You will be responsible for a number of key functions including: - Office Management – overseeing daily operations, maintaining supplies and managing equipment

You should have at least 1 years’ experience working in an administration environment. Alternatively you should be an AAT studier/qualified or completed Business studies qualification.

You will need to be a competent processor of accounting transactions.

You will be a team player that is able to support the team.

You will have excellent organisation skills and must be able to work in a busy office and react to a variety of situations and remain clam with a sense of humour at all times.

You must have excellent communication skills with other colleagues, pupils and all stakeholders and be a strong team player.
