You will be required to participate in an on-call rota as part of this role.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the team provides bespoke packages of support tailored to the needs of the individuals we support.
You will ensure KPIs are met and audits are successful, demonstrating the service is operating efficiently and legally.

You will handle complex and sensitive information such as emergency service reports, safeguarding referrals, bed leaver reviews, and assessments for disability aids.
