You will report to the Early Years Settings Manager in the day to day leadership; development; planning and organisation of the preschool in working in partnership with multi agencies, local authorities, volunteers; staff and Divisional Headquarters in building on the Ofsted rating in providing a high standard of service to our community.
You will also participate in anout‑of‑hours on‑call rota, including overnight, weekend, and bankholiday cover, supported by an on‑callallowance.
You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a selling culture that makes the Radley customer return time and time again.
You will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and be commercially astute, showing creativity and inspirational directive in managing your own business unit.
You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
You will work closely with new builds projects team, as well as other support services to introduce the home into the wider community and welcome each of our new residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding care home and successfully drive it through its first inspection.
You will be expected to quickly adapt to challenging situations to ensure that we keep people safe and manage risk positively.
