You will work closely with experienced Partners to provide support as well as have opportunities for independent case handling.
You will assist Partners with ongoing caseloads while also managing your own matters. Typical work will include:
You will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of their corporate client accounts, as well as generating new business.
You will be working as a team to produce high-quality leads and working towards agreed-set targets and KPIs.
You will provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
You will be driven by results, comfortable with data, and excited by the challenge of scaling online revenue in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will have experience in: - Managing eCommerce operations for a B2B or B2C business, ideally within a technical or training-focused sector.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet's core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
